1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Service Scope

NCR Service Hub provides appliance repair, installation and maintenance services across Delhi NCR. Services are subject to technician availability, technical feasibility and location accessibility.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• Service booking can be made via phone, WhatsApp or website.
• Service timing is subject to availability.
• Emergency or same-day service cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Inspection/visiting charges may apply.
• Final repair cost will be informed after inspection.
• Payments must be made immediately after service completion.
• Spare part charges are additional unless stated otherwise.

5. Warranty Terms

Limited service warranty (30–90 days) may apply depending on repair type. Warranty covers only the same repaired issue and does not include physical damage, mishandling or third-party interference.

6. Cancellation Policy

• No charge if cancelled before technician dispatch.
• Visiting charges applicable if technician has been dispatched.
• Emergency bookings may not be refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

NCR Service Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from service delays, technical limitations or manufacturer defects.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding appliance condition.
• Ensure safe access to service location.
• Clear pending dues before claiming warranty service.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logo, branding and service materials are the intellectual property of NCR Service Hub and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi NCR.
